At Platinum Sleep, TMJ & Dental Sleep Medicine, we work closely with sleep physicians, ENT specialists, neurologists, primary care providers, and referring dentists in the management of obstructive sleep apnea and orofacial pain disorders.
Patients referred for oral appliance therapy receive a comprehensive dental sleep medicine consultation, custom oral appliance fabrication, and careful titration with follow-up monitoring. After stabilization of the appliance, patients are referred back to their physician for follow-up efficacy testing to confirm treatment success.
We maintain communication with referring providers throughout the treatment process and fax detailed reports including the treatment plan and progress updates to ensure coordinated patient care.
Our practice is dedicated exclusively to the management of orofacial pain and sleep-related breathing disorders and does not provide general dental care.
